Each purchase moves through receiving, cleaning, listing and delivery. Stage filters and batch actions keep the next job visible alongside the records it touches. The persistent sidebar ties that work to stock, conversations and finance.
Detail stays with the item
Each stock record holds condition, buying cost, target price and cleaning state in one place. A separate inbox keeps customer conversations readable without mixing them into the inventory table.

All the screens here come from an isolated local demo running on built-in sample records. No customer data or live marketplace accounts were used. I'm showing the dashboard as a development case study, not a publicly hosted service.
