SEO & AI search visibility
So the right people can find your business, I review your website, agree what needs to improve, then do the technical and content work for search engines and AI answers.

I use Pine Lodge as the first study. The dated record shows what I've checked on this site and what I haven't established yet. Technical checks are evidence of the work, not proof of rankings, AI recommendations or enquiries.
Read the Pine Lodge search studyThe searches that matter
We work out who you want to reach, what they need and which pages should answer them. Where access is available, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools show where you stand now. I separate searches for your business name from searches by people who don't already know you.
Fixing the site, not just the report
The agreed work can cover crawl access, indexing problems, page titles, internal links and structured data, alongside better service pages and clearer answers to buyer questions. You get a prioritised plan, the changes applied to your site and a written record of the checks. Page count, who handles the content and when reviews happen are all agreed before work starts.
Giving AI search something useful to find
Generative engine optimisation, or GEO, is about improving how your business gets found and cited in AI-generated answers. The work focuses on readable pages, clear business facts, evidence behind claims and access for search crawlers. Search access and permission to let AI systems train on your content are separate choices. Neither markup nor a special file can guarantee a recommendation.
Measuring progress without dressing up the numbers
I compare equivalent periods for search impressions, clicks and enquiries that trace back to search. A fixed set of buyer questions tracks AI mentions and linked citations separately. Results vary between engines and between runs, so a single screenshot is not a trend. If data is missing, it stays unmeasured. It doesn't become a zero or a claimed win.

SEO & AI Search Visibility
Quote after reviewing the brief
I review your existing site, agree on the search opportunities worth pursuing, then handle the technical and content changes. SEO and generative engine optimisation (GEO) are measured against a baseline, with no guarantee of rankings or AI recommendations.
The final scope and price are agreed before work starts. Extra requirements are scoped before they are added.
Before you enquire
Is this included with a new website?
Search-ready construction is part of every website I build. This service is separate, covering research, deeper technical or content improvements and measurement for an existing site. You are not paying twice for the same foundations.
What does it cost?
You send me the website and what you want it to achieve. I review the site and agree a fixed scope and quote, covering the pages, implementation work and review dates. Paid research tools or third-party costs need separate agreement.
Do you guarantee rankings or AI recommendations?
No. Search engines and AI services decide what they show. I commit to the agreed work, implementation checks and reporting, not to a number-one ranking, a particular citation or a sales result.
How long before we can judge the results?
Technical changes can be checked as soon as they go in. Search visibility needs time and comparable data. We set review points together, usually at 30, 60 and 90 days after release, but those dates aren't a promise of growth.
Is there an ongoing contract?
The first piece of work has a fixed scope. Ongoing content, monitoring or improvement work is optional and agreed separately, with no automatic renewal. It's separate from website maintenance.
